The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER) has extended the last date to upload class 10 and class 12 marks for schools. Schools were earlier directed to upload class 10 theory marks by July 12 and class 12 theory marks by July 7. However, due to ‘technical reasons’, some schools unable to upload the marks in the stipulated time can now upload the theory marks of class 10 students by July 15 and marks of class 12 students by July 10.
The deadline for taking the practical exam has also been extended.
Along with this, the board has also extended the deadline-deadline for the schools conducting the practical examination of class 12th. Earlier the schedule was to end on 8th July, now schools can take practical exams of board exam students till 10th July.
A BSER statement issued in this regard said, “In response to the telephonic information received from the schools, the number of students in the schools is high.” At the same time, due to the lack of examiners in agricultural science and other subjects, there is a delay in conducting the practical examination of the board.
Rajasthan Board 10th and 12th exams were canceled on 2nd June
The Rajasthan Board had canceled the class 10 and class 12 board exams on June 2. BSER has not yet announced the Rajasthan result date. While announcing the news of the cancellation, State Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasara said, “In view of the fears of the third wave of Covid, the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has decided to cancel the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations. Decision has been taken.
The Rajasthan Board’s 10th and 12th examinations, which began in May, were postponed on April 15 following a meeting between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and state Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasara.
